Principal Dentist
Dr. Andrew Gronow
Dr Andrew Gronow was trained at the University of Melbourne and has been practicing Dentistry for over 40 years. Dr Gronow is passionate about providing the highest standard of care and has built a strong reputation for his contributions to the art and science of dentistry.
Dr Gronow is a committee member of The American Equilibration Society, an instructor for the American Society of Occlusal Studies and a member of the Chicago Dental Society. His contributions were inducted into the Pierre Fauchard Academy in 2009. Dr Gronow is trained in implant placement, laser assisted dentistry, plate therapy, orthodontics for both braces and clear aligners and travels annually to the United States to further his knowledge in management of jaw dysfunction, complex restorative treatment and smile makeovers.
Senior Dentist
Dr. Andre Collins
Andre is originally from South Africa, where he obtained his dental degree in 2000. He then furthered his career in the UK and in Australia, gaining vast experience in all aspects of general dentistry. Andre is also qualified in Oral Surgery and Implantology and is a registered Invisalign™ provider.
With a keen interest in restorative dentistry and experience in digital dentistry, Andre believes a digital approach can reduce overall patient anxiety and improve patient experience.

Ali
Oral Health Therapist

Ali graduated Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Adelaide in 2011, and has been working at Andrew Gronow Dental Care for 13 years. Ali is extremely passionate and experienced in all aspects of orthodontics. She has a French Bulldog and likes to do Pilates outside of work.
Gizella
Dental Hygienist

Gizella is one of our valued Dental Hygienists with over 40 years experience and a long standing employee of Dr Gronow.
Originally a dentist from Hungary, after moving to Australia Gizella undertook a bridging course to become a registered Dental Hygienist at the University of Adelaide. Gizella speaks fluent Hungarian and Romanian.
Gizella has a strong focus on patient care and oral health education.
In her spare time Gizella enjoys walking her dogs Ollie and Bell
Sid
Oral Health Therapist

Sid graduated as an Oral Heath Therapist from the University of Otago, New Zealand and has been in the dental industry since 2019. Sid has extensive experience in children’s and adult’s dentistry. Sid is passionate about the field of periodontics. In his spare time, you will find him working on his cars.

Mrs Gronow has been in the dental industry for over 40 years. She is currently involved in managing both our Brighton and Toorak Practices. She is also heavily involved in consulting large smile makeovers as all her dentistry has been done in-house. She is constantly getting compliments on her smile!

Practice Manager

Elly, our practice manager, has worked alongside Dr Gronow for over 37 years. You will be greeted by Elly at the front reception. Her cheerful, professional manner will help relax you immediately. Elly can help you with all your dental enquiries and brings a wealth of dental knowledge with her. Elly is a proud mum to two beautiful girls and enjoys spending free time with her family.

Marie has worked in the dental industry for 22 Years and 20 of those years has been alongside Dr Gronow. Marie takes pride in helping our patients with any questions they may have and making sure that you receive the highest quality care and experience that has you feeling like a part of our family. Outside of work Marie enjoys socialising and taking care of her fur baby Miss Millie.

Jodee has been in the dental industry for 14 years. Jodee has a wealth of experience in administration and reception in all aspects of dentistry including general dentistry and specialist orthodontics. Outside of work, Jodee is a passionate gardener, loves visiting gardens, and has too many plants to count. She is also a dog lover and has a 1-year-old fur baby Rocky.

Sharon is extensively trained in all aspects of administration with over 12 years of experience in the Dental industry . Sharon enjoys working alongside Dr Gronow and his wonderful sense of humour! In her spare time Sharon loves to dance with her friends and spend time with her large family.

Irene is our senior dental nurse who has completed Certificate III in Dental Nursing. She always greets patients with a friendly and cheerful smile. Irene can speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
Belinda

Belinda is a senior nurse with over 5 years of nursing experience. She is very calming with patients and creates a light and comfortable environment during appointments. Belinda has Certificate III and IV qualifications in Dental Nursing.
Maria

Maria’s association with the dental profession has spanned many years with extensive experience in hospital, specialist and private practices. Maria has fulfilled various roles in all aspects of dentistry with a wide range of experience in the workings of a dental practice. “I have been privileged to watch the practice of dentistry evolve and am excited to be a part of AGDC and its future growth.”

Susana has 10 years of nursing experience including assisting in surgical procedures, dental implants, and orthodontics. Susana can speak Serbian. In her spare time, she likes to go vintage shopping and go for runs with her rescue poodle.
Haddy

Haddy is a senior dental nurse with Certificate III and IV qualifications. Haddy has been in the dental industry since 2015 and has experiences in both public and private sectors, as well as specialist paediatric and periodontic clinics. In her spare time, Haddy loves gymming, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
